Hello Dre, looking forward to meeting you on the 28th, keep an hear-out for someone called Dawson =) I agree with you with regard to remaining peaceful too, it’s scary listening to and reading the news at the moment; the Police are really publicising a negative portrayal of the protest and its attendees for some reason… not sure what they’re trying to achieve, but scaremongering? hmmm, why do the police force have such a problem with legal protests, and I do mean legal protests too, I think most arm-chair critics would be surprised to see the too-often over zealous response by the Police to protesters.

I’ll be keeping Gandhi in mind as you rightly suggested.

Please can everyone make a MASSIVE effort to remain peaceful, non confrontational and yet totally impactful (our words and our presence will be our force, not violence!). Let’s all keep Gandhi in mind if we feel the agression rise up inside ourselves

I have tried to put news of this round the school that I am currently attending as part of the 6th Form but have not succeded in getting many responses from many of the other students who attend this school but I am going to keep trying and I will be there on the 28th March in London marching for my Nan and her friends who were all firm supporters of the Environment and all the charities that help it and the world. =D

Hi Vava. Certainly – there will be people and groups there supporting individual issues from the whole range covered by PPF partner organisations and more. We’re not specifying what people should wear or do, and it’s great if people want to do something for themselves, though there will also be plenty of ‘official’ flags handed out at the march for anyone who wants a broader one.
